I was so excited to find Tsuro at my local comic book shop after watching Wil Wheaton and his crew play it on TableTop that I opened it right there at the store and played it with Jimmy, the owner.  We were Tsuro virgins, but managed to figure out the rules and play our first game in under half an hour.  This is seriously one of my favorite games now.  Jimmy is glad I forced him to play it with me, because now he can tell his customers how awesome it is!
